The Meeting of Innovation - Design and Digital Manufacturing: Recap!

Written by Déborah | Feb 13, 2023 8:30:00 AM

This Tuesday, February 7, we participated in the Innovation Meeting - digital design and manufacturing organized by Impulse Partners! The theme of this meeting was artificial intelligence at the service of innovation, a subject that could not be more linked to the activities of The Cross Product…

The exchange highlighted the collaboration between startups and large groups. Thus, Andrés Serna, founder and CEO of TCP, and Kourosh Beroukhim, founder and CPO at TCP, as well as Alexis Mariani, director of digital engineering at setec, had the pleasure of sharing the experience of their two companies on their mutual cooperation. The intervention took place remotely and made it possible to present the work accomplished at The Cross Product. The meeting was followed by a question and answer session for members of the companies presented. We were able to share our experiences from the creation of The Cross Product to today!

The success of our collaboration is due to the complementarity of our activities and the trust we have created between us: setec has extensive experience in the world of engineering and infrastructures, while TCP has expertise in processing 3D LiDAR data for rail and highway networks. Together we create solutions with high added value that set us apart from our competitors” Alexis Mariani underlined during our discussion.

Finally, Andrés Serna, CEO and founder of The Cross Product also highlighted the close relationship of TCP with setec, since its creation in 2021: “setec has been alongside TCP since its creation with a triple relationship: customer, technology partner and investor. A relationship based, above all, on trust. For two years, we have been creating innovative solutions thanks to the combination of artificial intelligence, massive 3D LiDAR data analysis and business knowledge of infrastructures. Examples are railway gauge study and highway reverse engineering analysis. A virtuous partnership thanks to the complementarity of our savoir-faire.”

To conclude, we would particularly like to thank our partners at Impulse Partners for allowing us to participate in this event of sharing and exchange on a subject that is at the heart of our business!
