The famous racing simulation game, Moto GP22, very recently used LiDAR technology to recreate the Indonesia Grand Prix circuit in its 22nd edition of the game. The highly detailed virtual reconstruction of the circuit and the precision required involved a mission with LiDAR acquisition in addition to photogrammetry to capture every detail of the terrain and environment. The goal is to always surprise players with more realism to ensure an exhilarating experience. Mission accomplished!
